- The PLRM vision took shape in 2002, was created through 2005, and on January 28th 2006 a group of 28 people gathered to dedicate the facility and grounds to the Lord with praises and prayer.

- PLRM is directed by Rod and Linda Nickel, governed by a board of directors, and supported by many dedicated volunteers.
